- Free shipping (Taiwan local) on all purchases over NT$2,000, limited to logistics service provide by 7-11, Family Mart, Hi-Life, and OK.
How to Process Returns and Exchanges
- The returned item must be in brand-new condition, packaged in a bag/box, and include the invoice (including the product itself, accessories, inner and outer packaging, gifts, etc.).
- If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees.
- The refund will be processed according to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- The return process takes 5 to 7 working days (excluding shipping time). Please be patient.
Types of Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
- Personal items (such as underwear, socks, girdles, etc.) or breastfeeding products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons to protect customer rights.
- Items damaged after shipment due to human error, such as tearing, stretching, breaking, loosening, washing, worn, or tags removed, cannot be returned.
- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges once sold.
