Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery methods (subject to availability):

  • Home Delivery
  • Convenience Store Pickup (Failure to collect may affect future ordering privileges)
  1. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees will be charged for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold. Fees vary depending on the delivery method.
  • Free shipping is available for orders of NT$2,000 or more (inclusive), limited to a single delivery address within Taiwan.
  • Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within Taiwan and does not apply to international orders.
  • For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated based on the destination and actual international shipping costs.

Actual shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout

  1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is completed (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Processing time may be extended during high order volume or special circumstances
  1. Holidays & Peak Periods
  • Shipping and customer service will be suspended during consecutive holidays (e.g., public holidays such as Lunar New Year)
  • Orders placed during holidays will be processed in sequence once operations resume
  1. Delivery Time
  • Home delivery: approximately 1–2 business days (subject to courier service)
  • Convenience store pickup: approximately 2–3 business days to the selected store

Actual delivery time may vary due to location, weather, or logistics conditions

  1. Additional Notes
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information, absence, or uncollected orders, reshipping fees may apply
  • Orders not collected from convenience stores may result in restrictions on future use of this service
  • We reserve the right of final decision regarding order processing and delivery methods

Free Shipping & Returns Policy

  1. Free Shipping

  • Orders of NT$2,000 or more (inclusive) are eligible for free shipping within Taiwan’s main island.

  • The free shipping promotion is only available for orders shipped within Taiwan and does not apply to international orders.

    Free shipping applies to the following convenience store pickup services:

    • 7-11
    • FamilyMart
    • Hi-Life
    • OK Mart
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
  • For international orders, shipping fees will be calculated separately based on the destination and actual international shipping costs. International orders are not eligible for the Taiwan domestic free shipping promotion.
  1. Returns & Exchanges
  • Returned items must be brand new and unused, and must include:
    • Product
    • Accessories
    • Original packaging (inner and outer)
    • Free gifts
    • Invoice
  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees and bank transfer fees when returning items for personal reasons
  • Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer)
  • Return processing typically takes 5–7 business days (excluding holidays and shipping time), please be patient
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items or situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons:
    • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, socks, waist belts, etc.)
    • Nursing or maternity products
  • Items that have been damaged or show signs of use after delivery, including:
    • Torn due to pulling
    • Stretched, deformed, or loosened
    • Washed
    • Worn
    • Tags removed
  • Special promotion or clearance items marked as non-returnable
